Repair, Replacement, Resizing and Returns

All waist beads come with an extra clasp, you can use a staple remover to easily open the attached jump ring.

Waist beads can be repaired at any time, buyer pays to ship back to us, please try to retain any beads or charms. If your style is discontinued or feature beads/charms that are no longer available your waist bead may be slightly different than the original or we will work with you to create a new style as close to the original as possible.

Free gift with purchase cannot be repaired, replaced and doesn't have to be returned if you return your waist beads.

Waist beads can be resized, please purchase resizing option as a separate product in our Shop section.

Waist beads can be returned for full refund of purchase price within 30 days of purchase. 

Shipping Policy

All waist beads are hand prepared and may take up to 7 to 10 days to be shipped.

Ready to Wear styles ship within 3 days of purchase.

You will be notified of any shipping delays.

Customization

Waist bead styles can only be customized were stated. Clasps/Closures can be upgraded to precious metal options (sold separately).

Customization applies to color, style, bead options, addition or removal of charms.

Allergy Disclosure

Waist beads feature flexible stringing wire, clasp/closures and some beads and charms that are made with stainless steel, base metals (like brass and copper) and silver and gold filled beads and charms that are nickel free. Closures and stringing wire can be upgraded to sterling silver or 14 Karat gold for an extra charge. Tie on styles are beaded on silk and nylon string. Beads are made of glass, gemstones, and clay. Please see item description for material type.

All materials are not hypo allergenic. All waist beads are cleaned and polished with jewelry cleaning cloth prior to packaging. Please consider any possible metal or other material allergies when ordering our waist beads. Items can be returned for any reason, however Brooke Apple Waist Beads is not responsible for possible allergic reactions to any waist bead materials. If you have allergies to any of these materials unfortunately you may not be able to purchase from us.
